The mammoth task begins!

Tonight we begin our quest to unearth the tastiest, most satisfying Nachos in Brighton. We will add photos so you can see our research first hand which, together with our insightful observations, will aid you when deciding wich Nacho purveyor to choose.





We love Nachos! We love Nachos! We love Nachos!





Maybe some clarification is in order. By Nachos we generally mean tortilla chips served with the usual necessaries - cheese, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, salad, and sometimes bean chilli (we are vegetarians I'm afraid so no meat). We'll try to be as scientific as possible though this is clearly difficult, but hey, this ain't rocket science....

Some points to consider:

We will be testing Nachos in Pubs only so don't expect restaurant reviews....

This'll take place in Brighton, Sussex only....

We will not be informing the establishments of our task....

We will use both quantative (eg size and cost) and qualitative (eg is there cheese throughout?!) methods to give a fully rounded account of our findings....

Although the temptation is high we will do our best to refrain from too much drinking during the process of this rigorous and significant study....

As crusaders in the war against bad Nachos we will be naming and shaming those Pubs that are flippant in their responsibility to deliver a quality Nacho experience whilst piling plaudits on those who are aware of the importance of their duty (ie serving enough cheese) and deserve such accolades.

Enough talk.... time to set upon the long road ahead, a road paved with Nachos!
